About the Technique
528 Rapid Trauma Release™ is for those willing to try something different.
The technique integrates the body’s energetic and nervous systems — an entirely new 4 step approach.
- You set an intention, silently, about what incident or issue you wish to release. Your intention is key to releasing specific emotions from your physical and energetic bodies. Discussing the issue is re-traumatizing, so we do not do it!
- The practitioner makes moves down your spine to activate the nervous system.
- You repeat words in a script out loud to activate your energetic body.
- You close your eyes and lay or sit in a comfortable position for 10 to 40 minutes while your body processes the release.
One session is all it usually takes. That’s how fast you can recover!

Any adult can learn this energetic bodywork technique, no prerequisites.
As it releases “stuck” energy, practitioners of healing modalities such as Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Theta Healing, acupressure & acupuncture, reflexology, Energy Medicine, EMDR, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, will be interested in learning this complementary technique.
